Our idea right from the start was to rethink exhibition stand construction. The potential of every company lies solely in the quality of its employees. We were ridiculed for our approach – today we are marvelled at and imitated by the big players in the industry.
Remote working: Every employee has the opportunity to work from anywhere, not just in the office.
Our target group was experienced female employees who wanted to return to their old job profile after pregnancy and were frustrated by their employers’ outdated ideas: We offer part-time and flexible working hours, internal meeting dates are arranged according to sensitivities, but we are always available for our clients.
Equal pay: Equal work – equal pay. That should be a matter of course.
Non-discrimination: Old Fritz once said that everyone should be left to his own devices. We live by this in our company and everyone gets on well with it.
Today, the majority of our employees are women, young mothers or young women who want to organise their own working hours. But we also employ 4 people over the age of 65 who have come to us specifically because they still want to work.
